During our free face to face consultation, we will discuss pricing for the different options you like. Every property is different therefore price ranges vary tremendously. Due to the time of the free consultation until take down in January, we do require a minimum of $500.00 for the first year. Depending on the materials used, the prices after the first year typically drop between 35% – 50% because you own all the materials.
